A feature documentary for Giant Screen theaters and a subsequent 6-part docuseries exploring the current and future state of space health science, research, technology and innovation.
The birth of this project started in 2021-22. DDC Worldwide created and produced “Space Health: Surviving in the Final Frontier” as a full-length, "non-commercial" documentary funded through NASA’s Human Research Program and spearheaded by its Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) for use as an internal outreach and marketing vehicle for both TRISH and NASA. Since then DDC has adapted a 30 minute and 60 minute version for museum and broadcast usage. With this new project, DDC will expand and create a version for the large screen/IMAX world and as well as a 6 part limited docuseries for broadcast and streaming distribution.
