A feature film for Giant Screen theaters and a subsequent 6-episode docuseries examining the current and future state of space exploration science, research, technology and innovation.
The beginnings of this project started in 2021-22. DDC Worldwide was tasked with creating and producing Space Health: Surviving in the Final Frontier a full-length, "non-commercial" documentary funded through NASA’s Human Research Program and spearheaded by its Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) for use as an internal outreach and marketing vehicle for both TRISH and NASA. From that initial project, DDC created both a 30 minute and 60 minute version for museum and broadcast usage. With Zero G, DDC will expand and create a large screen film as well as a 6 part limited docuseries that will provide a fresh new insight into the challenges and overcome and the triumphs that science heroes look to achieve in our ongoing quest to not only survive in space but to thrive in space as exploration of the Moon and eventually Mars becomes a reality.
